Dr. Hales received a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Arizona University and a Master of Science degree at the University of Utah. She received her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree from the University of Florida. Lainie has been practicing for 20 years and focuses in diagnostic audiology and hearing aids. She is also an adjunct instructor at A.T. Still University. Lainie is a member of the American Speech- Language- Hearing Association (ASHA).
