Dr. Rubin is a board-certified Allergist/Immunologist. She has been in practice since 2004 and treats both children

rhinitis, sinusitis, food allergies, drug allergies, eczema/atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, eosinophilic
esophagitis, urticaria/angioedema, anaphylaxis, and immune deficiencies. Dr. Rubin performs allergy skin testing for
airborne allergens and foods, oral food challenges, patch testing, penicillin allergy testing, immunotherapy (including
rapid desensitization within one day), biologic therapies (Xolair, Fasenra, Nucala injections), pulmonary function
testing, and immunoglobulin replacement therapy.

treatment of chronic sinusitis, sino-nasal tumor removal, autoimmune sinus disease, endoscopic sinus surgery
techniques, and sinus surgery post-operative care. His surgical practice includes endoscopic CSF leak repair,
endoscopic orbital decompression, endoscopic nasal and sinus tumor removal, endoscopic skull base surgery and
revision endoscopic sinus surgery with computerized surgical navigation. Dr. Rehl is a past-president of the Arizona
Society of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery.

Dr Richardson graduated Cum Laude from The Ohio State University School of Medicine and completed her surgical
residency at the University of Connecticut. She has trained and mentored medical students and residents in advanced
surgical techniques. She is a published author and has presented at national conferences on the subjects of her
research and techniques.

Dr. Redtfeldt is a board-certified otolaryngologist/head & neck surgeon. She is also fellowship-trained in otology and
otolaryngic allergy. She has been practicing otolaryngology in the East Valley since 2003. Her practice includes both
pediatric and adult patients. She provides advanced surgical care for otologic diseases as well as pediatric ENT
surgery, sinus surgery, thyroid surgery and surgery for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea in children and adults.
She has donated her time and expertise to a number of international medical missions including an otologic surgical
mission to Nicaragua and a couple of cleft, lip and palate missions to the Philippines. She enjoys educating her
patients and their families. She is married and has two teenage children, a Golden Retriever and a Maine Coon kitten.
