Lynn Talsma, Clinic Site Manager, has been with Valley ENT, PC since its inception. With over 15 years experience in the healthcare field, she has vast knowledge with all aspects of the medical office. The majority of her career has been spent in a dual role of practice management as well as billing operations, where most recently, she has taken on the responsibility of managing three office locations in Scottsdale and Mesa.   Ms. Talsma has also been heavily involved in the training and education of staff members and new recruits from all other departments in our practice management software. Ms. Talsma prides herself on patient and employee satisfaction and is a firm believer in “teamwork in action.”

Lynn is a member of the Association of Otolaryngology Administrators (AOA), and most recently has joined the MGMA in order to complete her Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) designation.
