Vicki Sowards BSN,RN, Clinical Site manager, has been with Valley ENT, PC since it's inception. She has had experience with all aspects of the healthcare field. She began her experience in an ENT office typing insurance forms, while attending Arizona State University where she earned her BSN degree. After her graduation, she worked both in an ENT office and at Scottsdale Healthcare Osborn, providing her with experience in multiple aspects of the patient experience. Currently, she fills dual roles at our Greenfield location. She is both the RN in the office and the Clinical Site Manager. She prides herself on the retention of her employees, who have been with the division for an average of 8 years. She feels that quality employees reflect the quality care her division strives to provide.

Ms. Sowards is a member of the Society of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Nurses, and have served the Society in numerous national leadership positions. She is also a member of the Association of Otolaryngology Administrators and MGMA.
