Brent Serio, Information Technology (IT) Systems Administrator is responsible for the day to day operations and maintenance of the servers and computer systems for 13 offices. He focuses his attention on the automation of the network environment, minimizing network downtime and maintaining high overall functionality of the systems. Mr. Serio joined Valley ENT early September 2007 and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Serio has over 4 years of professional IT Administration experience and has volunteered his IT abilities to the Lupus Foundation, Arizona Chapter since mid 2006 as 1 of 4 Chairpersons supporting IT Web Development and Web Based Advertising.

Prior to joining Valley ENT, PC. Mr. Serio worked as an IT Specialist for Light Speed Computers helping build the small company to Ranking Arizona’s #1 computer repair center for all of Arizona in 2007; Arizona Public Services (APS) as Software Licensing Manager where he monitored/maintained and transferred over 4,000 licenses for APS employees and the Palo Verde Power Plant development team.
