Heather Reed, Special Projects Coordinator, joined Valley ENT in January of 2007.  She has worked in healthcare for more than 20 years, and has had various responsibilities with many different medical specialties. Since joining Valley ENT, she has dedicated her abilities toward the billing department.

The experience she brings to Valley ENT is extensive, including office manager, handling accounts payable and accounts receivable, insurance billing, implementing HIPAA guidelines as HIPAA Compliance Officer, medical transcription, preoperative consultations, and patient relations. In 2004, she became a Certified Procedural Coder and is a member of the American Academy of Professional Coders.

As a medical administration professional, her multi-faceted abilities and strong culmination of medical knowledge have provided a significant asset to Valley ENT.  Ms Reed can be reached at hreed@azvent.com.
