Raquel A. Redtfeldt, M.D. is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist with advanced fellowship training in Otology . She is an excellent surgeon whose primary concern is the well being of each and every one of her patients. She treats children and adults.

Dr. Redtfeldt completed her rigorous medical and surgical training at premier medical institutions such as University of Michigan Medical School, Case Western Reserve School of Medicine, University Hospitals of Cleveland, Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital and Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

She excels in the following surgical aspects of Otolaryngology:
Sinus Surgery for Pediatric and Adult Patients
Ear Surgery for Pediatric and Adult Patients
Head and Neck Surgery including Thyroidectomy, Parotidectomy and removal of Neck Masses in Pediatric and Adult Patients
Surgical Treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea for Pediatric and Adult Patients
Surgical Treatment of Nasal Obstruction, Recurrent Throat Infections and Recurrent Ear Infections in Pediatric and Adult Patients.
Surgical Treatment of Lesions of the Nasal Lining, Oral Cavity, Face and Neck.

Common Procedures she performs include but are not limited to:
Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery with and without the use of CT – navigation
Septoplasty, Functional Rhinoplasty, Reduction of Nasal Turbinates
Tympanoplasty (ear drum repair) with or without Mastoidectomy
Obstructive Sleep Apnea procedures such as: Uvulopalatopharyngoplasty (UPPP) and Base of Tongue Reduction (Somnoplasty Radiofrequency Reduction).
Tonsillectomy using the Coblator (less painful)
Adenoidectomy
Myringotomy and Tube Placement (Ear Tubes)
Reduction of Nasal Fractures (should be done within 7 – 10 days of injury)
Removal of lesions of the Face, Neck, Nose and Oral Cavity
