Sharon McKarns , MC CCC-A

Originally, from North Canton, Ohio, Sharon McKarns received her Master’s degree in Audiology from The University of Akron.  She has been practicing audiology in Arizona for 16 years.  Sharon has a wide variety of experience including hearing aid fittings, cochlear implants, diagnostic audiology and aural (re) habilitation.  She is currently the only Certified Auditory-Verbal therapist in the state of Arizona.

Sharon works at the Pinnacle Peak office where she enjoys hearing aid dispensing for children and adults, diagnostic audiology and cochlear implants.  She is a licensed audiologist with the State of Arizona, and is a member of The American Academy of Audiology, The American Speech Language Hearing Association, and The Alexander Graham Bell Association.  In addition, Sharon serves as a volunteer board member and Board secretary for The Community Hearing Aid Program (CHAP).
