Dr. Libling received his medical degree from the University of Manitoba, Canada. He completed his residency in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Toronto.

In addition to the treatment of disorders and diseases of the ear, nose and throat (ENT) in both children and adults, Dr. Libling's practice focuses on hearing loss, endoscopic sinus surgery ear surgery and head and neck cancer.

When not working, Dr. Libling enjoys photography and hiking.
