Sanford Hoffman, M. D.

Dr. Hoffman recently joined the staff at Desert Ear, Nose, and Throat. Prior to coming to Arizona, Dr. Hoffman was in practice for over 24 years in Buffalo, New York. During his career, Dr. Hoffman gained a reputation as a great clinician and surgeon.

He pioneered endoscopic Sinus Surgery and Cochlear implants for which he gained national and international recognition, including being elected by his peers to be the President of the American Rhinologic Society.

In the 1990s, Dr. Hoffman also led an international medical program which carried out philanthropic medical missions to the Ukraine.

Although, back problems prevent Dr. Hoffman from operating these days, his skills and expertise as a clinician remain unchanged and are a welcome addition to the staff at Desert Ear, Nose, and Throat.
