Julie Hernandez,  Billing Operations Manager,  joined Valley ENT, PC in September of 2007.  She has over 12 years experience in Patient Financial Services and Operations. Her previous employment was a dual role as Billing Manager and Office Manager for a 6 physician ENT office.
In addition to her financial background, Ms. Hernandez also has strong experience and proficiency in compliance, managed care, and internal controls.

Her area of responsibility with Valley ENT, PC is the completion of the revenue cycle (from pre-billing to zero balance) including the submission of claims, securing payment for services rendered, and answering patient inquires. She also serves as a resource to the Group in the development of third party payer relationships, and coding/compliance matters.
