Patricia Harper joined Valley ENT when Southern Arizona Ear Nose & Throat. PC merged with Valley ENT in September 2007. Patricia, who received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona in 1991, has been in the healthcare industry since 1992. Patricia is one of the clinic site managers for the Tucson division which includes three offices in Tucson, one in Green Valley, and one in Nogales. Patricia’s healthcare experience includes positions held in the mental health field, the insurance industry, and management positions in large physician medical practices. Her administrative experiences include front office management, insurance claims, authorizations, and scheduling. She supports 5 doctor’s schedules and handles the day to day operations of the satellite clinics in the division and supervises over 20 employees in ensure patient satisfaction.

She is a current member of the Association of Otolaryngology Administrators, attends their yearly conferences, and is a member of the AZ Medical Group Management Association.
