Danielle Fierro
Human Resources Coordinator

Danielle Fierro, Human Resources Coordinator, joined Valley ENT, P.C. in December  2007.  She has 7 years of experience as a Human Resources Coordinator in variety of corporate and healthcare organizations.  Prior to joining Valley ENT, Ms. Fierro was responsible for all aspects of human resources for Oldcastle Superlite Block, a large multi state manufacturing company as a Human Resource Coordinator.  She started her career in human resources and gained valuable healthcare experience with Preferred Homecare, a growing DME company.

She has extensive experience in managing employee benefit plans, creating and implementing employee recognition programs, managing payroll, and creating and developing policies and procedures.  She took part in the development of an Affirmative Action Plan for a 26,000 employee corporation.  She has received her Bachelor’s Degree from Arizona State University in Business Management-Human Resources.

Ms. Fierro oversees all human resource functions for Valley ENT.  She also is responsible for the recruitment and retention of staff.
