Sherri L. Duke, MBA joined Valley ENT, PC in July 2008 as Special Project Coordinator.  Prior to joining Valley ENT Ms. Duke was an Administrator at Healthcare Group of Arizona (HCG) and acted in the role of Project Manager on a variety of projects; including the development and implementation of the Business Continuity Plan and the Customer Retention Team, where she performed the duties of System Analyst and took an active role in developing remedies to cumbersome administrative procedures for small business owners.  

With more than 20 years experience in healthcare administration, her expertise in process management is principally committed to the implementation of the new, corporate wide, EMR at Valley ENT.  In this role she works closely with end-users to develop and modify custom templates and workflows to address the operational and clinical needs of the corporation. 

Ms. Duke received her bachelors’ degree in Healthcare Administration and her MBA from the University of Phoenix.  She is a member of Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT).  In addition to her educational and professional accomplishments she has served as a Guardian Ad Litem, a District Leader for the American Cancer Society, a member of the Women’s Coalition in the State of Minnesota, and a volunteer for SAVE (Suicide Awareness Voices of Education).  She remains active in community involvement through her associations with Fresh Start for Women and Stand Up for Kids.
