If you are already a satisfied patient of one of our physicians, you may wonder how the formation of Valley ENT will change your care. The answer is that it won't. You will continue to see the same physicians as before. You will see a new logo, a different letterhead, and new business cards but your physician's phone number, hours of operation, appointment scheduling, and office medical staff will remain the same. By combining the resources and expertise of many different physicians, Valley ENT intends to improve the medical care we can offer our patients. For example, complicated medical issues requiring a second or third opinion can easily be arranged. We can offer more choices in terms of locations and convenience. In the near future, we will convert to electronic medical records, improving documentation, physician communication, insurance and patient billing. We will consolidate ancillary services such as CT scans to better assist patients in getting their tests completed with faster test results.
